Over the past 14 years, CCM women's ministry has built a long-standing tradition in treating retreat attendees to a weekend of feasting on God's word and relaxing in the Son. This year was no different. With approximately 500 in attendance, the weekend was spent fostering relationships with each other and the Master.

Women from all over Southern California (and even as far as Bellevue, Illinois) attended with loved ones and family members to sit under teaching from Sandy MacIntosh (Horizon Christian Fellowship), Millie Juarez (CCM), and Bianca Juarez (CCM). The theme allowed for a wide range on understanding what it truly means to know God intimately and purposefully. Several women accepted the Lord as their personal savior and many came to a deeper understanding of who God really is.

"This was by far one of the best retreats I've ever been on. And I've been to many!" said Maria Becerra (Murrieta, California). Her voice was one of many who were able to relax in the medicinal hot springs, sip coffee in the cafe, or bask in the warm dessert sun. Through drama, music, worship, and the word, CCM's women were able to ginosko the Lord in new and powerful ways.
